What happens after I subscribe?
You'll create an account, add your property's address or BBL, and we'll start monitoring ACRIS immediately. You'll receive your first alert as soon as any new document is recorded.
What boroughs does King Moves Connect cover?
Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Queens — everywhere ACRIS is the system of record. Staten Island uses the Richmond County Clerk, which is a separate system we do not currently monitor.
Can I add more than one property?
The Core plan covers up to 3 properties. If you need more, contact us.
