1. Service description

King Moves Connect, a homeowner response service from King Moves Connect LLC, provides automated monitoring of publicly available NYC ACRIS property records, owner-name verification against ACRIS ownership data, and response services — including case management, organizing documentation, and connecting you with the right public resources — for registered users. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms.

2. Not legal advice

King Moves Connect is not a law firm. Nothing on this site or in the service constitutes legal advice or legal representation. No attorney-client relationship is created by using King Moves Connect. For advice specific to your situation, consult a licensed attorney in New York.

3. Accuracy and limitations

We monitor ACRIS data as made available by New York City, including the owner-name records used for our verification step. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or omissions in the ACRIS system itself. Alerts, case updates, and Action Reports are provided for informational purposes; we do not guarantee that all filings will be detected, that all detected filings will be alerted before harm occurs, or any particular outcome from the first steps or outreach we help you begin.

4. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

5. Authorized use

You represent that you are the owner of the monitored property or are otherwise authorized to receive notifications and act on its behalf. You agree not to use King Moves Connect to monitor properties you do not own or are not authorized to monitor. Our ACRIS owner-name verification step is advisory only — it does not replace this representation, and a mismatch does not by itself establish or disprove your authorization.

6. Limitation of liability

King Moves Connect shall not be liable for any damages arising from your reliance on information provided by the service, including alerts, summaries, case information, or Action Reports, or from any first steps, outreach, or response action taken with your authorization. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
