What we collect

When you subscribe to AcrisWatch, we collect:

• Your name and email address (to create your account and send alerts).
• Your property's address and BBL (to monitor ACRIS on your behalf).
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers).
• Notification preferences (email, SMS, escalation contact).

How we use it

We use your information solely to:

• Monitor ACRIS for new filings on your registered properties.
• Send you alerts when new documents are recorded.
• Maintain your account and process your subscription.
• Respond to support requests.

We do not sell your information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the service (e.g., Stripe for payments, email provider for alerts).

Data retention

We retain your account data and alert history for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation (in case you want to reactivate). You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Cookies

AcrisWatch uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in to the app. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.
